Newly built apartment - furnishing

We furnished fully this new apartment for our client. After completion, the apartment needed full furnishing, so we could rent it out . Our team managed to achieve a great result (from a limited budget), using good quality but reasonably priced furniture. The apartment was rented immediately after the furnishing.

Furnishing included:

• New furniture everywhere, beds, sofas, wardrobes
• New fully-fitted kitchen ,with all the equipment. (a tailor-made kitchen, done by our carpenters at a reasonable price)

• Andrassy full refurbishment The perfect example of what can be achieved with a properly organised refurbishment. This was a job that we are extremely proud of. The apartment was in a very bad condition. (useless layout etc...) and we created something very special: with optimised layout, highest quality and design, we created the perfect, luxury rental property from virtually nothing: an apartment which is currently being rented for 2400 EUR per month
• Vaci utca full furnishing Great example how professional furnishing can do magic. The apartment was in a nice condition, nicely refurbished, but with awful furniture and it was very difficult to rent it out. Our designer team made the trick with nice and good-quality (but reasonably priced) furniture, nice accessories, and paintings. Now the apartment has been rented for long term for a good rent and with a happy tenant.
• Ráday street full refurbishment Another example of how to get the maximum out of a potential classical apartment in Budapest. The apartment is situated in the famous Raday street and has been fully refurbished, new walls, layout has been created, and perfectly designed to be a real rental apartment for expats. Modern apartment, but we tried to keep the classical/original features.
