Andrassy full refurbishment
The perfect example of what can be achieved with a properly organised refurbishment. This was a job that we are extremely proud of. The apartment was in a very bad condition. (useless layout etc...) and we created something very special: with optimised layout, highest quality and design, we created the perfect, luxury rental property from virtually nothing: an apartment which is currently being rented for 2400 EUR per month

Vaci utca full furnishing
Great example how professional furnishing can do magic. The apartment was in a nice condition, nicely refurbished, but with awful furniture and it was very difficult to rent it out. Our designer team made the trick with nice and good-quality (but reasonably priced) furniture, nice accessories, and paintings. Now the apartment has been rented for long term for a good rent and with a happy tenant.

Ráday street full refurbishment
Another example of how to get the maximum out of a potential classical apartment in Budapest. The apartment is situated in the famous Raday street and has been fully refurbished, new walls, layout has been created, and perfectly designed to be a real rental apartment for expats. Modern apartment, but we tried to keep the classical/original features.

Newly built apartment furnishing
We furnished fully this new apartment for our client. After completion, the apartment needed full furnishing, so we could rent it out. Our team managed to achieve a great result (from a limited budget), using good quality but reasonably priced furniture. The apartment was rented immediately after the furnishing.
